Let's start with preparing the whey (you can use the ready-made one). First of all, let's freeze a bag of kefir. Now take a saucepan, a colander and cover it with cheesecloth on top, and then put the contents on the cheesecloth (it is better to fold it in 4 layers). We leave the kefir to stand for a day. During this time, the serum we need will drain, and the cheese will remain on the gauze.
