Serum okroshka with chicken

The recipe for okroshka on whey with chicken turned out spontaneously. When I was going to make okroshka, I did not find any kefir or kvass in the refrigerator. I decided to do an experiment with serum. None of the household felt any difference. Everyone thought that okroshka was on kefir.

First of all, wash the chicken fillet, put in a saucepan, cover with water and salt. Bring to a boil, remove foam, reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Wash the potatoes. Place it in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Cool and peel the boiled potatoes. Cut into medium sized pieces.

Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled. Chill in cold water and peel. Cut the peeled eggs in half. Separate the yolks from the whites. Chop the proteins with a knife.
