Okroshka on the water

Okroshka on the water is a good way to cool off on a hot day. Okroshka is a refreshing dish that can be prepared in advance and refueled just before serving. Cold soup turns out to be aromatic and rich.

Boil the potatoes in their skins for 20 minutes after boiling. Cool and clean.

Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes. Cool and peel.

Wash cucumbers well in cool water. Cut into small cubes.

Wash the radishes, cut the tails and cut into thin half rings.
