Previously, okroshka was prepared by peasants. And no wonder: the soup is prepared simply, from familiar ingredients, and at the same time it turns out to be satisfying and tasty. Naturally, the recipe has undergone changes over time, and today okroshka in water and vinegar is a gourmet cuisine dish that has retained all its characteristics that are attractive to any housewife.

Cut the sausage into cubes, transfer it to a saucepan.
