Okroshka on water with lemon

Appetizing and tasty okroshka with lemon is a very delicate and spicy summer dish that perfectly satisfies the appetite and refreshes. Thanks to the use of water and sour cream in this okroshka, and not, for example, mayonnaise, the dish turns out to be quite light and delicate in taste.

Cut the boiled sausage into small cubes. Put the chicken eggs to boil until tender and cool.

Boiled potatoes, cooled, also cut into small cubes.

Then cut the freshly washed cucumbers into cubes.

Be sure to wash your radishes thoroughly and trim the ponytails. Then cut the radishes into the same cubes as the cucumbers.
