We wash the potatoes and set them to boil in their uniforms until tender. After that, the boiled potatoes must be cooled, peeled and cut into small cubes.

The eggs should also be boiled (within 10 minutes). When ready, cool the eggs by placing them in cold water. Then we clean them and cut them into cubes.
