Lenten okroshka

An inexpensive and easy-to-prepare spring-summer soup that is allowed during fasting. It can also be consumed by vegetarians and vegans. Such a dish is low-calorie, while it turns out to be quite thick.

Wash carrots with potatoes, boil in their uniforms, cool. Wash and finely chop the herbs. Grind the onion with dill with salt and put in a deep saucepan. Finely chop the washed lettuce leaves and add to the rest of the herbs in a saucepan. Peel the potatoes with carrots, cut into cubes. Also chop cucumbers and radishes.
