Simple and tasty okroshka with sausage is a great option for a quick lunch on a hot day. Very appetizing okroshka turns out if you cook it on kefir. You can easily prepare this delicious and delicate dish not only in summer, but also in winter - after all, in any supermarket you can find all the necessary products all year round.

First, boil potatoes and chicken eggs until tender. To cool the potatoes as quickly as possible, immerse them in cold, clean water and change them a couple of times. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, like boiled sausage.

Rinse the radishes and cucumbers, then chop them into cubes or straws - not too small, but not too coarse.

Rinse the dill and green onions, then finely chop the herbs with a sharp knife.
