Okroshka with red fish

Fish okroshka turns out to be healthy and tasty, it is absolutely not difficult to prepare. We will use lightly salted fish, and mineral water and kefir as a dressing, and of course we will add more greens. If you have not tried such okroshka yet, it's time to cook it.

Peel the potatoes boiled in the skins beforehand. Cut it into cubes and send it to a deep bowl.
