Okroshka with shrimps

We offer a sea version of okroshka - with shrimps. Combined with fresh herbs, cucumbers and spicy ham, shrimp make a very interesting combination. You can serve the dish both with boiled water and with kvass, whey and even beer.

Free the boiled shrimp from the shell and cut each piece into two or three pieces. Place the chopped shrimp in a large bowl.

Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into small cubes. We do the same with boiled eggs. Add the chopped ingredients to the shrimp bowl.

We wash the cucumbers, dry them and cut off the tips so that they do not taste bitter. We grate the cucumbers on a Korean carrot grater or cut them with a knife into thin long strips. Put in a bowl with the rest of the products.

Free the ham from the shell and cut into small cubes, commensurate with pieces of potatoes and eggs. Pour the cubes into a common bowl.

Wash dill and onion greens, dry and chop finely. Add to a bowl and mix everything with a spoon.

Before serving, put the mixture of ingredients in portioned bowls and fill with kvass. Alternatively, you can also add mineral or boiled water, kefir, whey or beer. You can decorate with a spoonful of sour cream and chopped herbs.
