We offer you another recipe for making okroshka - with kefir and mineral water. An interesting refreshing combination of these ingredients will open you up to a new taste of okroshka. We will also add a lot of greens and vegetables, and chicken will be the meat ingredient. Put the eggs in a saucepan and put on the fire, boil until tender for 10-12 minutes. Then we drain the water and let the eggs cool. We wash the chicken fillet under water, pat it with a paper towel. Cut the fillets into small cubes, put in a saucepan, put on fire. Bring to a boil, add salt and bay leaf and boil for 4-5 minutes. Then remove from heat and put the chicken on a plate, let it cool.

We clean the boiled eggs and cut them into small cubes. Rinse the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes. We wash the radishes and chop them into small cubes.
