Okroshka with tomatoes

Hearty chilled okroshka can be prepared in different ways. Try a tomato-infused dish for your family dinner. Vegetables will add an original and pleasant sourness to the taste.

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Grind the cooled chicken and cucumber. The meat can be replaced with sausage or ham. Optional.
