Okroshka with salmon

In this recipe, you are invited to cook okroshka with salted salmon. The seafood flavor of this dish will appeal not only to seafood lovers. Okroshka with salmon is cooked only with kvass and must be well cooled before cooking. The recipe is simple. The set of products is slightly different from the usual okroshka. Add capers, olives and pickled cucumber to okroshka.
