Okroshka with vinegar

Many are familiar with the option of cooking okroshka with boiled sausage. This is very convenient: if you cook other products in advance, you get a cold version of the express soup. To give okroshka sourness, vinegar will come to the rescue, you need literally a little bit of it.

Hard-boiled chicken eggs, cool and cut into small pieces.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool quickly, peel and cut into cubes.

Cut a large cucumber or two medium ones into small pieces.

Grind the cooked sausage into medium-sized cubes.

Wash greens and chop finely. If radishes are available, cut them into cubes too.

Put all the products in a saucepan, pour in water, add sour cream and salt. Stir and taste. Add 1 tsp. vinegar, then taste and add more if necessary.
