Zucchini fritters PP

Zucchini itself is a healthy and low-calorie vegetable. Another advantage is that it can be used to make diet pancakes. Healthy zucchini pancakes can be served with low-fat sour cream or a natural yogurt-based herb and garlic sauce.

Peel the zucchini or zucchini of the skin and seeds. If the vegetable is young, then peeling it is optional. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
