Adding green onions to them will make them bright and original. We start cooking pancakes by preparing zucchini. Please note that if the zucchini is small, then double their number. It is not necessary to peel off young vegetables. Rinse vegetables thoroughly under running water and pass through a coarse or medium grater. Next, add a little salt to the grated zucchini and leave for 15 minutes.

After infusion, the zucchini will become more watery. You can squeeze them lightly with your hands or send them to a sieve to glass excess liquid.
