Zucchini pancakes with cheese in the oven

Delicious snack or breakfast for those who like zucchini dishes. Thanks to baking in the oven, the pancakes are oil-free. If desired, hard cheese can be replaced with feta cheese, it will give the pancakes a richer, salty taste.

Wash the zucchini, remove the peel and remove the seeds with pulp, if the fruits are not young. Rub on a coarse grater, squeeze out excess moisture with your hands. In a bowl to the zucchini add garlic, passed through a press, finely chopped greens.
