We wash and dry the zucchini. Cut off the ends on both sides. If the zucchini is ripe, then remove the peel and take out the seeds. Cut the pulp into random small pieces. Put the chopped zucchini into the chopper bowl, close the lid and chop until a coarse-grained puree.
