Oatmeal pancakes with milk

You can use oat flour to make pancakes - it will be even healthier. Such pancakes will look more like pancakes - flat and even. For sweetness and aroma, we suggest adding mashed banana and ground cinnamon to the oatmeal dough. And if you don't have oatmeal, you can easily make it by grinding the oatmeal in a blender.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Pour oatmeal or oatmeal, granulated sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking powder into a bowl. Stir dry ingredients.
step 2 out of 8
Break the eggs into a separate container, shake them well with a fork until smooth. Pour milk, vegetable oil into the egg mass and mix.
step 3 out of 8
In a separate container, knead the peeled bananas with a fork until puree. Overripe bananas with soft pulp are good for pancakes - they are sweet, easy to mash, and the puree turns out to be almost uniform.
step 4 out of 8
Pour the egg-milk mixture into a bowl with dry ingredients, mix everything well with a spoon or fork so that no lumps form.
step 5 out of 8
Next, spread the mashed bananas into the oatmeal and mix thoroughly again.
step 6 out of 8
Lubricate the non-stick frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Heat the frying pan well on the stove. We collect the oatmeal dough with a tablespoon and put it in the pan in the form of small round pancakes, leaving a small distance between them so that they do not stick together. We set the temperature of the plate to medium-low so that the dough has time to bake. Do not close the pan with a lid. We fry the pancakes on one side until the surface is no longer glossy-moist and covered with bubbles, and the crust is not browned from below.
step 7 out of 8
Then turn the pancakes over with a spatula to the other side and continue to fry until they are browned from below.
step 8 out of 8
Remove the fried pancakes from the pan and place them on a serving plate. We serve them hot with sour cream, honey, yogurt.
Bon Appetit!
