I would like to suggest a recipe for unusual pancakes. The uniqueness of the recipe lies in the fact that the pancake dough is prepared on hot kefir. The dish turns out to be lush and airy. Such pancakes can be prepared for breakfast, diversifying them with various sauces.

Pour the kefir into a saucepan and put on fire, bring to a hot state, but so that the kefir does not curl.

Turn off the heat and pour half of the sifted flour through a sieve.

Crack a chicken egg and mix the dough thoroughly.

Add baking soda, granulated sugar and salt and mix well. The soda will be quenched by the acid of kefir.
