It is with great pleasure that I want to share my favorite recipe for incredibly tasty and quick-to-cook pancakes with Greek yogurt. The pancakes are extremely delicate and airy. Cook and you will pleasantly surprise your loved ones with a delicious and hearty breakfast.

Prepare a deep bowl in which you will prepare the pancake dough. Sift the required amount of wheat flour through a fine sieve into a prepared dish, add baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.

Then add the specified amount of granulated sugar to the flour mixture. Adjust the amount of granulated sugar yourself in accordance with your own taste preferences.

Remove the Greek yogurt from the refrigerator and warm it at room temperature. And then gradually pour over the dry ingredients.

Stir the dough well with a mixer or whisk until smooth and uniform.

Heat the skillet well over moderate heat. Then brush with a little vegetable oil. Place the dough at a distance from each other, spreading it evenly throughout the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Put the finished pancakes on a serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
