Kefir pancakes

Kefir pancakes are a quick and easy way to feed a family. They are prepared quickly, can be eaten with sour cream, with jam or jam, with various syrups, with squash caviar and any other fillers. The pancakes turn out to be airy and instantly fly off the table, I recommend cooking a double portion at once.
