Sugar-free kefir pancakes

Pancakes are homemade baked goods that can be made not only sweet but also salty. I propose to cook pancakes on kefir without sugar. This option goes well with sour cream and can replace bread.

Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add baking soda and mix thoroughly. Kefiric acid will extinguish the soda, the mass will increase slightly, and bubbles will appear.

Break a chicken egg into a deep bowl, add salt, use a whisk to bring to a homogeneous mass, add kefir with soda and stir thoroughly with a whisk.

Sift the wheat flour through a sieve and gradually add it to the kefir-egg mass, stirring well.

Rinse the green onions well in cool water, shake off excess moisture and chop finely with a knife. Pour into the resulting dough. Mix thoroughly.
