Egg-free kefir pancakes with apples

If there are no eggs at home, but you want sweet pastries, try baking these amazing fluffy pancakes on kefir with the addition of cottage cheese and apples. They literally melt in your mouth, reminiscent of charlotte in taste. Stale cottage cheese and kefir can be disposed of in the dough.

Peel the apple, remove the core. Rub on a coarse grater. Pour kefir into a bowl, add cottage cheese to it. Pour in salt, sugar, soda, not slaked with vinegar. Mix. Add the grated apple and stir.
