It is important to maintain the correct proportions and the order in which the ingredients are mixed so that the dough does not settle during frying and the finished pancakes are not too tough.

We put the frying pan on the stove and pour in the vegetable oil. We heat the oil until hot. Separate the dough with a spoon and put it on a hot frying pan, keeping a small distance between the pancakes. The dough will increase during frying, the pancakes will grow up and take up more space in the pan. After placing the dough in a skillet, close the lid.

Fry the pancakes on a medium-low stove temperature for 2-3 minutes. Remove the lid, turn the pancakes with a spatula. We fry the second side without a lid, also for 2-3 minutes.
