Pancakes without eggs with the addition of water are in no way inferior in splendor and softness. Take note of this recipe - and you will be pleasantly surprised by the excellent result that is obtained from simple ingredients.

Pour kefir into a bowl, add water and heat in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. Add salt, sugar to warm kefir and sift flour. Mix the mixture with a whisk or blender.

Pour baking soda with 1 spoon of boiling water, and when it goes out, transfer to the dough and stir slowly. Leave the dough to rest for 5 minutes and do not stir any more, otherwise it will fall off. Preheat a skillet with oil and spoon the pancakes into it.

Flip the pancakes over to the other side as soon as the bottom is golden brown. Place the pancakes on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
