Did you know that you can bake just perfect, fluffy pancakes with holes on kefir that will not fall off after frying? If you don't have your own recipe for such perfect pancakes yet, then use ours. If you want, add various flavors to this dough and cook pancakes with apples, cottage cheese, zucchini, pumpkin, etc.
