Healthy rice flour pancakes are very easy to make. The dish is perfect for breakfast, snack, or just for serving with tea.

First, sift the flour into a deep plate. Then pour in kefir. It should be at room temperature and by no means cold. We break the eggs, add salt, sugar and soda. Now knead the dough thoroughly so that all the products are evenly distributed.

We heat the pan, pour it with vegetable oil and spread 1-2 tablespoons of dough for each pancake. Cook over medium heat until blush.
