Drive the egg into a container. Add granulated sugar and a pinch of salt. We take a whisk and beat everything qualitatively, thereby combining the yolk and white.

Kefir should be used at room temperature. If you just got it out of the refrigerator, then heat the required amount in the microwave or over the fire. The fermented milk product should be warm, not hot. Pour kefir into the egg mixture, continuing to beat everything with a whisk.

Mix the sifted wheat flour with baking soda. Then we gradually add them to the total mass.

Bring the dough to a homogeneous state. It should turn out to be thick so that it does not spread during the frying process.

We put the pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil into it. As soon as the pan is warmed up, use a spoon to spread the small dough cakes. Fry one side until the required brown color.
