Classic kefir pancakes

Classic kefir pancakes can be made for breakfast, they turn out fluffy and ruddy. Any jam, chocolate or whipped cream will suit pancakes.

Remove the kefir from the refrigerator to warm up to room temperature. Beat one egg into the kefir. Add sugar, salt and vanilla sugar and whisk.

Add flour to the dough in portions and knead. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.
