Its consistency is important, otherwise flat pancakes will turn out from the batter dough, and from very thick they simply will not bake inside. The dough on kefir cannot be kneaded for a long time, and it must be given time for proving.

Heat the kefir a little in the microwave and pour into a bowl for kneading the dough. Then add soda to it, stir and leave this mixture for 5 minutes. Then add salt and sugar to kefir and stir.
