Prepare all required ingredients. Rinse the prunes and dry them on a paper towel.

In a deep bowl, grind eggs and sugar until light foam forms.

Pour kefir and 1 tbsp into the egg-sugar mass. l. vegetable oil, mix thoroughly.

Sift the flour, mix with baking powder, gradually add it to the egg-kefir mixture.

Cut the prunes into small pieces.

Fried pancakes are not an easy dinner, well, in any way !!! Even if you fry in a non-stick frying pan without oil - and then ... I'll do it with raisins too, but here there are also prunes - too much, as for me
