If you like to experiment in the kitchen, then prepare ordinary pancakes not with wheat flour, but, for example, with corn. This type of flour stands out among all the others for its sweet taste.

Combine eggs with salt and sugar and whisk the mixture. Add kefir to the eggs, mix.
