The preparation of the dish will take a minimum amount of time and an elementary set of products. Treat yourself and loved ones with fragrant pancakes!

We drive a chicken egg into a convenient container, lightly work with a whisk. Then add the required amount of granulated sugar and a pinch of salt.

Pour a glass of kefir into the egg-sugar mixture. Make sure that the kefir is at room temperature. Next, add the baking soda. All ingredients must be mixed with a whisk.

Let's prepare the apple filling. Wash the apples, peel and cut into small cubes.
