However, this method of baking pancakes has a big plus - they contain much fewer calories, and in order for the baking to be even more tender, you do not need to add a minimum amount of sugar to the dough, it will make it heavier. Soda is added to such a dough only before spreading the pancakes on a baking sheet.

Heat the oven to 190-200 degrees, put the dough on the parchment with a spoon and bake the pancakes for 20 minutes until golden brown. During this time, they will become lush and beautiful, and inside they will have to be baked. Try one of the pancakes, if it is still damp then lengthen the baking time. Eat them hot with sour cream, jam or jam.
