The pancakes are great for a family breakfast. According to this recipe, even without yeast, you can make fluffy pancakes.

Whisk the egg, vanillin and sugar in a bowl.

Remove kefir from the refrigerator before cooking so that it warms up to room temperature. Pour kefir over the beaten egg, stir.
