It often happens to me - just going to cook some pastries, but there are no chicken eggs in the fridge. We have to get out. Thus, a recipe for pancakes with sour milk without eggs was born, which I often use myself and with great pleasure I want to share with you.

First, prepare all the ingredients for the eggless sour milk pancakes. Remove sour milk from the refrigerator in advance or heat it slightly over a fire or in a microwave oven. Add the required amount of baking soda, salt and granulated sugar. The amount of granulated sugar can be increased depending on taste preferences.

Mix thoroughly until smooth with a mixer or whisk.

Gradually, in several steps, introduce wheat flour previously sifted through a fine sieve. Add vanillin. Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed and the lumps disappear completely.

Heat a deep skillet with a thick bottom over medium heat. Then pour in the required amount of vegetable oil. Using a tablespoon, gently spread the dough at some distance from each other, evenly distributing it over the entire surface of the pan.

When the edges of the pancakes are browned and the dough grasps well on top, use a silicone or wooden spatula to turn the pancakes over to the other side and fry until golden brown.
