Pancakes with milk without yeast, soda and eggs

This recipe can be used to quickly bake light, soft breakfast pancakes. They do not turn out to be fluffy, like yeast, but they are always tasty and do not require many ingredients. The dough can be kneaded both with kefir and milk. One egg is added to the dough, otherwise the pancakes will not keep their shape.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Break a chicken egg into a bowl for kneading dough and beat it a little with a whisk.
step 2 out of 6
Then pour milk at room temperature or slightly warmed up to the egg and mix it with the egg. Then add the specified amount of salt, sugar and baking powder to this mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
step 3 out of 6
Sift the right amount of wheat flour onto a sieve. Then pour it in portions into the egg-milk mixture, while kneading the dough with a whisk.
step 4 out of 6
The dough mixed for pancakes should be thick, like thick sour cream, and not runny, as for pancakes. Leave the dough for 20 minutes to thicken more.
step 5 out of 6
Heat enough vegetable oil in a skillet. Stir the dough again and you can start frying the pancakes. With a tablespoon, place the dough in the form of small pancakes on a preheated frying pan in portions.
step 6 out of 6
Fry the pancakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and serve hot immediately with breakfast.
Bon Appetit!
