Pancakes with milk without eggs

Pancakes with milk without eggs are prepared with dry yeast, and the addition of apples to them makes the pancakes very tasty, tender and fluffy. These pastries should be prepared by grandmothers for their grandchildren.

Pour 50 ml of milk into a glass and heat it in the microwave. Then pour dry yeast into warm milk, add a teaspoon of sugar, stir and leave for 20 minutes for the yeast to start working.

Sift the required amount of flour into a bowl for kneading dough, add the rest of the sugar to it, add soda and a pinch of salt and mix. Pour milk with dissolved yeast into this dry mixture and knead the dough. In consistency, it should be like thick sour cream. Then pour a spoonful of vegetable oil into the dough and mix again. Cover the dishes with the dough with a napkin and leave for 30 minutes for the dough to come up.

Peel the apple and chop it into a coarse grater or cut into thin slices. Transfer the crushed apple to the dough and stir again. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated skillet, brushing it with oil.
