Remove the sour milk and chicken eggs from the refrigerator in advance and warm at room temperature. Pour the yogurt into a deep container and break the chicken eggs, add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt. Mix well with a mixer or whisk until smooth.

Then add the required amount of dry yeast.

Then mix the mass thoroughly until they are completely dissolved.

In several steps, add wheat flour previously sifted through a fine sieve and the required amount of baking powder.

Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed and the lumps disappear completely. Cover the container with a clean kitchen towel or tighten with cling film and leave at room temperature for about 30-40 minutes for the dough to fit well and increase in volume.

Heat the skillet well over medium heat. Then add some vegetable oil. Using a tablespoon, gently spread the dough at a distance, filling the entire pan evenly. Cover and cook until the edges of the pancakes are browning and the top is thick and bubbly.

Using two forks or a spatula, turn the pancakes over to the other side and fry until golden, appetizing, covered with a lid. Cook the pancakes over low heat so that they cook evenly.

Remove the hot pancakes from the pan and place on a dish lined with paper towels or napkins to absorb excess oil. Serve puffed pancakes on curdled milk with dry yeast, add your favorite jam, condensed milk or garlic sauce based on sour cream if desired.
