Sour cream pancakes with apples

Knead the pancake dough with sour cream and add apples to it. And for the scent, add a pinch of cinnamon. This combination gives a very pleasant taste and moist, juicy texture to the finished product. To make the crumb more porous, do not forget about the need to use baking soda: it will be extinguished with malic acid and will not allow the pancakes to be dense and heavy. The pancakes are especially tasty when hot. Serve such ruddy round cakes for breakfast with coffee - a good start to the day is guaranteed

Put sour cream in a bowl. We break an egg to it, add a pinch of salt, granulated sugar and soda. Mix everything together with a whisk until smooth.

We wash the apple, dry it and cut it into four parts. Cut off the peel and remove the seed capsule. Three fruit pulp on a coarse grater and pour the resulting shavings into the liquid mixture. We also add ground cinnamon. We mix.

Sift flour over the resulting mass, mix thoroughly and break all flour lumps. The consistency of the dough should be quite thick: if you put the mass into a spoon, it should gently fall from it, but not pour out in a trickle.

Pour a small amount of odorless vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well on the stove. We collect the cooked dough with apples with a tablespoon and put it in a pan in the form of round pancakes, leaving a small distance between each other so that they do not stick together when frying. Maintain the temperature of the slab medium-low. Fry for one and a half to two minutes, until the crust is browned from below.

Turn the pancakes over with a spatula to the other side and continue to fry until a crust forms at the bottom.

We remove the finished products from the pan with a spatula and dry them on a paper towel - it will absorb excess oil after frying. Put the dried pancakes on a plate. Fry the rest of the dough in the same way, adding additional vegetable oil to the pan if necessary. Serve hot or warm pancakes with sour cream, jam, condensed milk.
