Pancakes on a snowball with yeast

Fritters made with yeast always turn out fluffy, porous and light. Today I want to share a recipe for snowball pancakes with yeast. It is the snow that makes the baked goods tender in structure and gives a certain zest to the dish. Try to cook, and I assure you, you will not remain indifferent.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
First, prepare all the ingredients for your yeast snow pancakes.
step 2 out of 7
Remove the snow from the refrigerator or slightly warm it up in the microwave. Add the required amount of dry yeast and mix thoroughly. In several steps, add wheat flour previously sifted through a fine sieve and knead a thick dough. Tighten with cling film and leave to come up for half an hour.
step 3 out of 7
After the time has elapsed, break the chicken eggs into the dough that has come up, add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Adjust the amount of granulated sugar according to your own preference. Tighten with cling film and leave for another 15-20 minutes.
step 4 out of 7
The dough will be thick and sticky. It should be so.
step 5 out of 7
Heat a deep skillet with a thick bottom over medium heat. A cast iron skillet is perfect. Then brush with the required amount of vegetable oil. Reduce heat to keep the oil from burning. Moisten a tablespoon with warm water and gently place the dough at a short distance from each other, evenly distributing it throughout the pan.
step 6 out of 7
As soon as the edges are browned and the dough grasps well on top, using a silicone or wooden spatula, carefully turn the pancakes over to the other side and fry until golden brown.
step 7 out of 7
Put the finished pancakes on a platter or large plate. Serve cooked pancakes with snow and yeast on the table with fragrant tea or freshly brewed coffee, add your favorite jam, jam, condensed milk or sour cream if desired.

Enjoy your tea!
