Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
First, prepare all the products for making pancakes with old sour cream. It is desirable that they be at room temperature.
step 2 out of 6
Pour sour cream into a bowl for kneading dough, break eggs into it and add salt and a mixture of peppers to your liking. Whisk these ingredients well.
step 3 out of 6
Grind a piece of hard cheese on a medium grater. Rinse a bunch of greens and chop finely. Transfer the cheese and herbs to the sour cream mixture, add a spoonful of vinegar, and mix everything.
step 4 out of 6
Mix flour with baking soda and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Then knead the dough until no lumps of flour. The baking soda will react with the vinegar and this will make the dough fluffy.
step 5 out of 6
Preheat the skillet well and brush with a little oil. Do not add too much oil, otherwise the pancakes will be very greasy. Spoon the kneaded dough into a frying pan with a tablespoon, forming small pancakes.
step 6 out of 6
Fry them over medium heat and on both sides until golden brown. Serve fried pancakes on old sour cream immediately to the table for tea or soup.
Bon Appetit!
