Remove the whey from the refrigerator and warm it up a little on the stove or in the microwave.

Add the required amount of salt and granulated sugar to the heated whey. Stir well until the crystals are completely dissolved.

Gradually, in several steps, add wheat flour previously sifted through a fine sieve, as well as baking soda. Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous smooth consistency is formed using a mixer. Pour in two tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix the dough again with a mixer.

The dough will be the consistency of thick sour cream. Leave the cooked dough to rest for 10 minutes.
