Pancakes on water with eggs and soda

Water pancakes with egg and soda will be an inexpensive and simple breakfast with a minimum set of products and a minimum cooking time. Without yeast and with soda, the dough always turns out to be successful, and pancakes from it will be elastic and soft.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Pour wheat flour through a sieve into a bowl for kneading pancake dough. Add to it the amount of salt and sugar indicated in the recipe.
step 2 out of 8
Pour clean water at room temperature to this dry dough base.
step 3 out of 8
Quench half a teaspoon of baking soda with vinegar and pour this mixture into the dough.
step 4 out of 8
Then gently break two chicken eggs into this mixture.
step 5 out of 8
Then use a regular whisk to knead the dough until smooth and lump-free.
step 6 out of 8
Heat some vegetable oil well in a skillet. Put the dough in a preheated pan in the form of small pancakes and fry them for 30 seconds on each side until golden brown. Fry the pancakes with the lid on.
step 7 out of 8
Transfer hot pancakes from the pan directly to portioned plates. They turn out to be non-greasy and you do not need to remove the oil with napkins.
step 8 out of 8
Pour the pancakes with fresh honey or any jam and can be served with breakfast.
Bon Appetit!
