First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for making yogurt and milk pancakes. You can use whatever yoghurt you have in stock - fruity, natural, Greek, or drinkable. Milk can be used both fresh and expired.

Preheat milk and natural yoghurt over low heat or in a microwave oven until warm. Then break the chicken egg, add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt. Stir the mixture thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.

Using a fine sieve, sift the required amount of wheat flour and baking soda in several steps.

Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed and the lumps disappear completely with a whisk.

Cover the container with a clean kitchen towel or cling film and let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, heat a deep skillet with a thick bottom over high heat. Then grease the pan with just a drop of vegetable oil. Reduce heat to medium. With a tablespoon, gently place the dough at a short distance from each other.
