It is with great pleasure that I want to share a simple, tasty and quick recipe for fluffy and fluffy pancakes cooked with yogurt and sour cream. The pancakes are perfect for a family breakfast or a friendly tea party. Prepare homemade cakes and pleasantly surprise your guests and relatives.

First, remove the chicken eggs, sour cream and natural yogurt from the refrigerator. Warm the ingredients at room temperature. Break the chicken eggs into a deep container, add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt.

Yoghurt can be used fruit, drinkable, Greek or natural. Sour cream can be used with any fat content. Add sour cream and natural yogurt to the beaten egg mass, and mix well with a mixer until smooth.
