For lovers of homemade baking, I offer a quick and easy recipe for pancakes with soda and milk. This recipe was shared with me by my grandmother, now I cook pancakes this way. The baked goods are tender and airy. Additionally, you can serve both sweet fillers and sour cream. A great option for a delicious family breakfast.

Prepare all the ingredients for the baking soda pancakes. Take a deep bowl, break the chicken eggs, add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt.

Using a mixer or whisk, beat until fluffy.

Introduce wheat flour previously sifted through a fine sieve in several steps. Then gradually pour in the milk, and mix well the dough until a homogeneous mass is formed and the lumps disappear completely.

In a small container, quench the baking soda with table vinegar and pour into the dough you made earlier.

Stir gently until smooth.

Heat a deep skillet with a thick bottom over medium heat. Then add a small amount of vegetable oil. Spoon the dough out with a tablespoon at a distance from each other.
