It is with great pleasure that I want to share a simple and incredibly delicious recipe for pancakes with egg and green onions. If you love pies with savory fillings, these pancakes will definitely suit your taste. These pancakes can be taken with you on a trip, on a picnic or as a snack to work.

First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for the egg and green onion pancakes. Place chicken eggs over medium heat and cook for about 7 minutes after boiling. Rinse green onions thoroughly under running water, shake off excess moisture.

Take a deep bowl, pour out the required amount of kefir and add sour cream, salt and granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Then break the chicken egg and mix well.

Cool the boiled chicken eggs, peel them, rinse under water and cut into small cubes using a knife or a special device. Chop the prepared green onions with a sharp knife.
