During the mushroom season, I cook a wide variety of delicious dishes. Today I want to share one of my favorite recipes. Honey mushrooms with potatoes in the oven according to this recipe are juicy and quite satisfying. If you want to cook this dish for a festive feast, then it is best to bake it in portions.

First, prepare all the necessary ingredients for making aromatic mushrooms with potatoes.

First of all, wash the potatoes well and put them in a saucepan, cover with cold water and salt. Put the saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20-25 minutes.

In the meantime, sort out the mushrooms well, wash them thoroughly in cold water several times. Place in a separate saucepan. Put the saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 35-40 minutes. I used frozen mushrooms, it took me about 30 minutes.

Peel the onions and rinse under cold running water, then cut into thin half rings.

Put the pan over medium heat and heat well, pour in the required amount of vegetable oil. Send the chopped onions to a preheated pan and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Peel the hard cheese and grate it on a coarse grater.

Cool the boiled potatoes and peel them. Cut the peeled potatoes into 1 centimeter thick slices.
